Our hall the heart of sport/fitness classes in Waddesdon!


Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you results fast. Calorie-torching, hip swivelling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party.




Monday 6.45 pm, Tuesday 9.30 am, Thursday 7.30 pm, Saturday 9.00 am

Circuit Training by Ian King

The aim is to improve your cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance, balance, core strength, breathing and flexibility. Ian incorporate a full range of fitness techniques and methods into the session, including HIIT, body combat, boxing, skipping, body weight exercises... lots to choose from.

is a member of the Japan Karate Association England.
With Qualified Instructors that are all enhanced CRB checked.
Karate is a great martial art giving it's students (ages 7 - 80) additional fitness, self discipline, control, confidence, awareness, and lots of fun.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga by Julie

Freestyle Fitness Yoga is a fitness program that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercises.  Every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective.  Postures can be sequenced together to create fluid, graceful moves, which will increase strength, flexibility muscular stamina, and core stability in an exciting and challenging way.  It is suitable for beginners through to advanced, as postures can be modified.  There is a well deserved 10 minutes of relaxation at the end of each session, which is worth waiting for!

Pilates with Emma

Famous for improving posture, joint mobility and core stability. Pilates exercises also help you cope with stress and help to make your lymphatic and respiratory systems more efficient.

Who is Pilates for?
Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. The apparatus can be used to provide support for beginners and people with certain medical conditions, as well as resistance for people looking to challenge their body.

Personal Training by Harriet

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines both low and high intensity exercise periods and is proven to produce results! Suitable for all fitness levels, HIIT training is great for busy schedules and you'll get to meet people too. You'll boost your metabolism, build a healthier heart, burn fat and become confident with a variety of exercises that you can also do at home.

Bodywise Bootcamp with Julie

Bodywise Bootcamp is an interval/HIIT training class aimed at fast effective fat burning using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises. Suitable for all abilities as each exercise is adaptable to suit the individual.
